To ensure Australian customers have peace of mind when purchasing our tools, Anji Daliang Furniture Co., Ltd. has formulated this warranty policy to provide appropriate after-sales protection for your tools.

I. Warranty Scope

This warranty applies to tools purchased from Anji Daliang Furniture Co., Ltd. and used for normal household or professional use. This warranty covers any malfunctions caused by defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to component damage in hand tools and motor failure in power tools, as well as other non-human factors.

II. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies depending on the tool type. Please refer to the product manual or the relevant labeling at the time of purchase. Generally, the warranty period for tools is one year, commencing on the date of receipt.

III. Warranty Procedure

If a tool you purchased experiences a covered malfunction, please contact our customer service team immediately at service@gjseep.com. In your email, please provide detailed information about your order (including order number, purchase date, etc.), tool model, and the problem you experienced. Attach clear photos or videos of the problem so we can better understand the situation.

Our customer service staff will review your email within three business days of receiving it. Upon approval, we will provide you with a detailed solution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or a new product.

If the tool needs to be returned for processing, we will provide a detailed return address and instructions. Shipping costs for returning the tool will be borne by our company if it meets the warranty requirements. If the warranty is not met due to customer-related reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

IV. Warranty Exclusions

Tool failure caused by improper use or damage (such as dropping, impact, or unauthorized disassembly).

Tool out of warranty.

Tool damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, fire, etc.).

Problems caused by failure to operate and maintain the tool in accordance with the product manual.

Tools that are not genuine originals or have been repaired by unauthorized repair personnel.
